Who We Treat

Levels of Care (PHP, IOP, Virtual)

We offer three levels of care to meet your teen where they are.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

5–6 days a week, around 5 hours per day

Your teen will attend structured Partial Hospitalization Program sessions from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each day includes group therapy, skills learning, medication help when needed, and safety planning. The goal is to help symptoms improve, build tools, and move to IOP when ready.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Virtual Treatment (Online)

Attend all levels of care online via secure Zoom sessions

Online therapy gives you HIPAA-compliant, secure video sessions. It’s perfect when your teen can’t get to our office, has other activities to attend, or a busy school schedule to maintain. It’s available as a primary care program at the IOP or PHP level, as well as a step-down treatment.
