It’s truly an honor for me to walk alongside individuals on their journey toward healing. I work with both adults and adolescents who are navigating mental health or substance use challenges.

My approach is warm and collaborative, and I focus on meeting you exactly where you are. I don’t see therapy as “fixing” you — I see it as walking beside you as you heal, make sense of things, and rediscover strengths that might feel buried. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering, with room for gentle challenge when it’s helpful.

Sometimes you might need a soft place to land; other times you might need someone to hand you a flashlight when things feel dark. Either way, I’m here to walk with you, at your pace, in whatever way you need.

I use various treatment modalities depending on what fits you best. I’m passionate about helping people find their voice, especially in moments when it feels like no one is listening. When your own support feels shaky, my hope is to be a steady presence who helps you feel seen, heard, and understood.

If you’re here, you’re already taking a brave step. I’m here to take the next one with you.
