Our Team

Ryan Morgan

Director of Operations

I began my career in mental health from the perspective of a patient. Along my recovery journey, I had the opportunity to work with individuals who truly embodied what long term recovery looks like, and I knew that was the path I wanted to follow.

I have worked across many levels of care, including inpatient treatment, detox, outpatient services, peer recovery, and now the telehealth space. It is both my passion and responsibility to ensure that every individual I work with feels seen, heard, and supported, regardless of their circumstances or where they are in their journey.

I am a man in long term recovery with over 10 years of sobriety, committed to leading by example and continually growing my knowledge to better serve our clients. My family is my greatest motivation, and I value time spent with my wife and our three children.

As a Colorado native, I enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and serving as a leader within my community. Recovery has given me a life rooted in purpose, connection, and service, and I am honored to be part of that process for others at Drift Behavioral Health.
