Telehealth Therapy From the Comfort of Your Home
Drift Behavioral Health offers comprehensive telehealth programs for every level of care. Our virtual options match the same high-quality treatment as our in-person programs.
Our Virtual Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is for those who need high support but prefer the convenience of online care.
- Duration: 1-2 months
- Schedule: 5 hours a day, 5-6 days a week
- What to Expect: Group therapy, individual therapy, skill-building sessions, and holistic therapy. You’ll also engage in community support to help you build a positive network of peers.
- Same Quality as In-Person: You get the same therapies and treatments as our in-person PHP but from the comfort of your home.
Our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is perfect for those who need ongoing support. This program is more flexible than PHP.
- Duration: 2-6 months
- Schedule: 3-4 hours a day, 3-5 days a week
- What to Expect: Group therapy, individual therapy, and skill-building sessions. The program also includes holistic therapies and support for building a positive peer network.
- Flexible and Effective: Get the same effective treatment as our in-person IOP, with the convenience of attending from home.
Online Mental Health Counseling
